What we collect when you buy from thedtctools.com, why we hold it, and who else sees it. We keep as little as the job needs.
1. Who is responsible
The DTC Tools is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights in section 8, email support@thedtctools.com.
2. What we collect
Only what is needed to sell you a tool, deliver it and support you:
- Your name and email address, so we can deliver the order and contact you about it.
- Your TradingView username, because indicator access is granted to that account and cannot be granted any other way.
- Your Telegram handle, where you give one, so we can add you to the correct groups.
- Order records — what you bought, when, the amount, and the crypto transaction hash or Whop order reference.
- A USDT BEP20 wallet address, for affiliates only, so commission can be paid.
- Support messages you send us, and our replies.
- Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed.
3. Why we hold it
To take payment and deliver what you bought, to grant and withdraw platform access, to answer support requests, to pay affiliate commission, to keep the accounting records we are required to keep, and to detect fraud or licence abuse. We do not sell your data, and we do not buy data about you.
4. Marketing
We email you about the orders you place and, if you have bought from us, about updates to the tools you own. We do not add you to unrelated promotional lists, and any marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
5. Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop, each with their own privacy terms:
- Payment processors, to take and confirm your payment — including Whop for card orders.
- TradingView, which receives the username we are granting access to.
- Telegram, which processes your group membership.
- Our email and hosting providers, which handle the delivery email and this website.
- Professional advisers or authorities, where the law requires it.
6. Cookies
This site sets only what it needs to work: a session cookie, your cart contents, your dark or light theme preference, and — if you arrive through an affiliate link — a referral cookie that lasts 30 days so commission can be attributed. Blocking cookies may stop the cart or checkout working.
7. How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Access records — the TradingView username and group membership tied to a purchase — are kept while the product is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so returning customers can be reconnected. Support messages are kept while they are useful, then deleted.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion may end your access, since indicator access depends on the username we hold. Email support@thedtctools.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong, unique password on any account you hold with us and treat delivery emails — which contain group invites and bot files — as private.
10. Children
Our products are not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has bought from us, contact us and we will remove the account.
11. Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be notified by email.
