4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.3. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or license to any other person or entity.

  1. LICENSE AND USAGE RIGHTS

5.1. LICENSE GRANT
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software and tools for your personal trading education.

5.2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
• Share your license, login credentials, or product files with others
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our products
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use our tools on more than THREE (3) devices simultaneously
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding

5.3. LICENSE TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our products and delete all copies.

  1. PAYMENT TERMS

6.1. PAYMENT PROCESSORS
We accept payments via:
• Credit/debit cards (processed by Whop)
• Cryptocurrency (processed by NOWPayments)

Payment information is processed and stored by these third-party processors, not by us.

6.2. PRICING
All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

6.3. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• You will be charged on the same day each billing cycle
• You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period

6.4. ONE-TIME PURCHASES
One-time purchases (lifetime access products) are charged once and provide access according to the product terms.

  1. REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS: All sales are final. We do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances once a purchase is completed. This includes but is not limited to:

• Indicators (monthly, yearly, or lifetime)
• MT5 bots
• Signals group subscriptions
• Automation setup services
• Any other products or services

EXCEPTION: Automation setup service refunds are addressed in Section 8.4.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept our no-refund policy.

  1. PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS

8.1. INDICATORS
• Indicators are provided as TradingView scripts or files
• You must have a TradingView account to use our indicators
• We are not responsible for TradingView platform issues or downtime
• Indicators work on the pairs and timeframes specified in product descriptions

8.2. MT5 BOTS
• Bots are provided as MT5 Expert Advisors (EAs)
• You must have an MT5 account with a compatible broker
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all brokers, though we have no specific restrictions
• You are responsible for configuring risk settings appropriately
• We are NOT responsible for trading losses incurred while using bots

8.3. SIGNALS SERVICES
• Signals are delivered via Telegram groups
• We do not guarantee a specific number of signals per week or month
• Signals are provided for educational purposes only
• You are responsible for executing trades based on signals
• We are NOT responsible for missed signals, execution delays, or trading losses
• We reserve the right to remove members who violate Telegram group rules

8.4. AUTOMATION SETUP SERVICE
• This is a custom service to help configure indicator automation
• We will make best efforts to set up automation for your specific broker
• If we cannot successfully configure automation for your broker after reasonable attempts, you will receive a full refund of the setup service fee only (not the indicator/bot purchase)
• Refund does not apply if automation fails due to broker changes, platform issues, or user error after initial setup

  1. UPDATES AND SUPPORT

9.1. PRODUCT UPDATES
• We will provide free updates to indicators and bots for ONE (1) year from purchase date
• Updates are guaranteed for one year and provided on a best-effort basis thereafter
• Updates may include bug fixes, improvements, and new features
• Major version changes may be offered as separate products

9.2. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
• Email support: Available via our support email
• Telegram support: Available via our support Telegram
• Support hours: 10:00 PM EST to 1:00 PM EST (next day)
• Response time: Within 12 hours during support hours
• Support covers: Installation, setup, and basic troubleshooting
• Support does NOT cover: Trading advice, strategy consultation, or broker-specific issues

The ICC+CCT strategy was originally created by Cramson Capital. Our products include modifications and automation developed by The Day Trading Channel. The DTC strategy is proprietary to The Day Trading Channel.

11.2. NO GUARANTEES
We make NO guarantees regarding:
• Profitability or trading success
• Win rates or performance results
• Uptime or availability of services
• Compatibility with all brokers or platforms
• Accuracy of signals or indicators

11.3. PAST PERFORMANCE
Past performance results (including win rates, profit amounts, and case studies) do NOT guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1. MAXIMUM LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

12.2. EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
• Trading losses or missed profits
• Broker-related issues or restrictions
• Technical problems on your computer or device
• Internet connectivity issues
• Missed signals due to user error or delay
• Platform downtime (TradingView, MT5, Telegram, etc.)
• Consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

12.3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:
• Trading involves substantial risk of loss
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions
• You should never risk more than you can afford to lose
• You should consult with a licensed financial advisor before trading

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use bots or scripts to access our services improperly

• Abusive behavior toward our team or community
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your license to use our products is immediately revoked.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally.

17.3. JURISDICTION
You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan for resolution of any disputes.
