- NO REFUNDS POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once a purchase is completed.
This policy applies to ALL products and services, including but not limited to:

- MT5 trading bots
- Signals group subscriptions (monthly or included in packages)
- Educational materials and tutorials
- Lifetime access products
- Monthly subscription products
- Yearly subscription products

- WHY WE HAVE A NO-REFUND POLICY
Our products are digital goods and educational services that provide immediate value upon purchase:
- Indicators and bots are instantly accessible after purchase
- Educational materials can be immediately downloaded or viewed
- Signals services begin providing value immediately
- Digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed
Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access provided, we cannot offer refunds.

- EXCEPTION: AUTOMATION SETUP SERVICE
The ONLY exception to our no-refund policy is our optional Automation Setup Service:
IF we cannot successfully configure automation for your specific broker after making reasonable attempts, you will receive a FULL REFUND of the automation setup service fee.
IMPORTANT CLARIFICATIONS:
- This refund applies ONLY to the automation setup service fee
- It does NOT include refunds for the indicator or bot purchase
- Refund does not apply if:
- Automation initially works but later fails due to broker changes
- Issues arise from platform updates (TradingView, MT5, broker platform)
- Problems occur due to user error or incorrect configuration
- Your broker makes changes that break automation after initial setup

- WHAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE
The following are explicitly NOT refundable under any circumstances:
4.1. PERFORMANCE-BASED REASONS
- You did not achieve expected profits
- Trading losses incurred while using our tools
- Lower win rate than you expected
- Missed trades or signals
- Strategy did not work for your trading style
4.2. TECHNICAL REASONS
- You had difficulty installing or setting up products
- Compatibility issues with your broker
- TradingView or MT5 platform issues
- Internet connectivity problems
- Device or computer issues
4.3. PERSONAL REASONS
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You found a cheaper alternative
- You no longer want to trade
- You did not understand what you were purchasing
- You disagree with our terms or policies after purchase
4.4. EXTERNAL FACTORS
- Broker restrictions or account issues
- Market conditions or trading results
- Regulatory changes affecting trading
- Platform downtime (TradingView, MT5, Telegram, brokers)

- SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
5.1. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access until the end of the paid period
- No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time
- You may re-subscribe at any time in the future
5.2. YEARLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
- You may cancel your yearly subscription, but NO REFUND will be issued for unused time
- Access continues until the end of your paid year
- No partial refunds for early cancellation
5.3. LIFETIME PURCHASES
- Lifetime purchases are one-time payments for permanent access
- These are NOT refundable under any circumstances
- Access is granted for the lifetime of the product

- SIGNALS GROUP SPECIFIC POLICY
6.1. NO REFUNDS FOR SIGNALS
- Signals group subscriptions are NOT refundable once access is granted
- Even if you have not used or viewed signals, no refund will be issued
- Signal performance does not qualify for refunds
6.2. REMOVAL FROM SIGNALS GROUP
We reserve the right to remove you from signals groups for:
- Violation of Telegram group rules (listed in group description)
- Sharing signals with non-members
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior
- Any other violations of our Terms of Service
Removal from signals group for rule violations does NOT entitle you to a refund.
